Loop That LLC sells downloadable products in the form of digital audio recordings, music and other related materials, for use by, but not limited to, musicians, music producers, composers, film editors and web designers.

You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms for any changes or updates to these Terms, the Website or any offerings through the Website.

License Agreement

Products sold as "royalty free" are licensed and not owned by you. By making payment for a product you are granted the right to incorporate them in music compositions, films, tv programs, websites or other media productions, without paying any additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees.

Usage and Copyright

Copying, re-selling, leasing, duplicating or distribution in any form of the products for sale, other than outlined in the "License Agreement", is strictly prohibited. This extends, but is not limited, to file sharing websites, web forums, computer networks and file hosting websites. Products cannot be distributed in their original format or sold in a manner that would be considered competitive with the nature of Loop That LLC. Everything else on the website is licensed to Loop That LLC, including artwork, source code, materials, audio demos, graphics, text and logos and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Security and Registration

You do not have to be registered with Loop That LLC to view the website, but to purchase products you must provide certain information, including but not limited to, a valid email address. 

Disclaimer and Waiver

Loop That LLC will not be held liable against any losses, judgements, claims, legal fees or court costs that may arise out of a breach of these terms and conditions. By entering this agreement you agree not to sue or recover any damages from Loop That LLC and any affiliated companies or people as a result of its decision to terminate or suspend this agreement.

Loop That LLC will take reasonable and sufficient steps to ensure that the website is free from any viruses, trojans, malware, spyware, harmful software, data theft or any unauthorized malicious activity. Loop That LLC make no guarantees on this subject and will not be held liable for any loss resulting from this.

Payment/Delivery/Refund Policy

Payment is taken on behalf of Loop That LLC by PayPal and Shopify Payments.

After making payment on this website you will automatically receive your downloadable products. If you experience any problems, please get in contact with us at intheloop@loopthataudio.com and we will work to solve the problem.

Digital products purchased from Loop That LLC are non-refundable.
